Snapped – Terms of Service

Welcome to Snapped! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapped mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Snapped, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Snapped, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Snapped.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use Snapped if you have been previously banned or removed from the Service.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on Snapped ("User Content").
• By posting User Content, you grant Snapped a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Post content that violates our CSAE standards (see our CSAE policy).
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Snapped and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Snapped is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPPED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Snapped – Általános Szerződési Feltételek – röviden

A Snapped használatával Ön elfogadja ezeket az Általános Szerződési Feltételeket. A szolgáltatás használatához legalább 13 évesnek kell lennie (vagy az Ön joghatóságában előírt minimális életkornak megfelelően).

• Ön felelős a fiókja biztonságáért és a fiókja alatt végzett tevékenységekért.
• Ön megtartja a Snapped-re feltöltött tartalmak tulajdonjogát, de hozzájárul, hogy a Snapped a szolgáltatás működtetéséhez szükséges mértékben használja ezeket.
• Tilos törvénytelen, káros, zaklató vagy más felhasználók jogait sértő tartalom közzététele.
• Fenntartjuk a jogot, hogy bármikor felfüggesszük vagy megszüntessük a fiókját, ha ezeket a feltételeket megsérti.

A szolgáltatás "ahogy van" alapon kerül nyújtásra, garancia nélkül. A Snapped nem vállal felelősséget közvetett vagy következményes károkért.
